First, did Pam get in touch with you about where your work was being sold online?

Second, geeeeez look at those ears Couldn't sneak up on her...no sir. I like this alot, the color choices were great but the purple stands out soooooo much that the tiger/beast thing gets mixed up in the background.

Add some ambient lighting from the firebolts onto the tiger (just a bit more pronnounced i mean), and refine your splashes a bit and this sucker is unstoppable

Brett: thanks a lot for the crits I wanted the purple to stand out but yeah, I think the saber is to oblended with the background after all :/ As for the splashes: well first time I did an effect like that and I wanted them to be a bit blurred so they add to the motion effect. I will try to fix that though.

I agree about the highlight on her arm looking strange, mostly because that strong lightsource doesn't seem to affect other places like her cloak. Also, maybe using the bristle brushes for the fur on the big cat would give it more detail? Other than that, the brushwork here looks quite nice, feels more solid than your previous works.

Hi Marta! Beautiful work as always. I agree about the above about the visible brushstrokes, gives a nice feel to the image and i think it adds some more livelyness and action into it.

By the looks of it, i'd say she's a hunter (the blade in her hand ) Great fanart, you should submit it to Blizzards fanart section on their website.

WoW is popular. I'm a huge gaming fan and keeping away from WoW because I know I'llg et addicted. I was hooked on EverCrack(EverQuest) for too long!! But really a gorgeous job. I love how the purple stand out because it does stand out on the Night Elves(Plus I love purple). Really really impressive

Hi Martha. Great work. The body of the elfgirl is excellent. But I see you're having some trouble painting the things you don't have reference for. That's understandable because that is the hardest thing to do. But next time you might want to consider constructing these parts before painting them. Even the shape of splashing water needs an understanding. When you approach fireballs and water and capes etcetera like solid shapes you're able to calculate the logics of these elements, and by doing so you are able to paint them properly like you have done with the body of the girl. Also; The tigre-raccoon-animal () needs more contrast and his fang on the left is positioned to the middle too much.
Well, that's a lot of commenting You're a great paintress worth paying attention to, so that's why I am even more nick-picky here. Not that my work is perfect, so I hope you'll do the same for me

Peachy: It was my first time painting so much fur so I had to discover the techniques, but next time painting hair I will try the bristles, thanks a lot for the hint!
As for the brushwork, I am changing my style currently. going to something less smooth and polished and more painterly. Thank you for the feedback

kittyKat: Oh I don't know... I had to paint it TWICE since I lost the first version in a harddrive burn but uhm... I'd say around 60-70 hours counting in all of the failed attempts at drawing the weapon and the tiger

Arne: Thansk a lot! It was the first tiger-ish animal I have drawn in my LIFE that's why it was a huge challenge for me. Same goes for the splashes. I think it was a good training though, and I will definitely try harder next time too Thanks!

Beautiful work. I too have a night elf, but Im on Alleria. I love what you have done with the tigers ear, the earring is a wonderful added touch. The weapon is excellent, her hair and earrings excellent. Everything looks wonderful in my eyes! +8/8

Because you've chosen very dark for the character and very light for the tiger, it looks very flat, the woman looks almost pasted on. You could get around this by having deeper shadows on the tiger where she's sitting.
The background is a bit confusing, not sure what I'm looking at. Also, it's a bit sketchy when compared to the woman, making it look unfinished.
