Description
Hello fellow artists,After a longer absence, again something inspired by mythology - this time it's Pandora. If you don't know the story, you can go here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pandora
I was aiming at creating a mystical atmosphere, full of magic and mystery.
With this piece I decided to challenge myself technically - especially when it comes to skintones and lighting.
For more details, some walkthrough screenshots and some tips on painting, please check my CGtalk thread: http://forums.cgsociety.org/showthread.php?t=425910
I hope you like it, any feedback as always appreciated

Except that I agree with Diegoth on the missing highlights for the hair, a strong light like this one should reflect more on the strands in front, this way it looks a little too lifeless for real hair. Not that I could ever think of painting anything remotely like this, just trying to be constructive
And thanks for the tips on lighting

Thank you sooooo much for your walkthrough. It DID help me a lot! I have so much trouble with picking colors so everything you wrote about that was a huge help.
Thanks again!
